Our Business

New Dominion Constructions primary business is servicing the solid waste industry.  We specialize in earth moving and grading, storm water management, erosion and sedimentation control, leachate and landfill gas management systems, rock crushing and soil screening.  The resources required for landfill construction are also applicable to general site development, water and sewer utility construction, concrete structures, and railroad construction.

 Equipment rental is also part of our business.  We maintain a high tech late model fleet of heavy equipment; to service this equipment we employ full time mechanics.

Personnel

The principals of New Dominion Construction are active employees, they combine many years of general and landfill construction experience. President, Nicholas Pascuzzi, Jr. has over 43 years experience.  Vice President of Construction, Nicholas Pascuzzi, III has over 31 years of construction experience. Michael Pascuzzi,  Vice President/CFO  has over 23 years of construction experience. The Pascuzzi’s have been involved in Landfill construction since 1986.  New Dominion Construction, Inc. employ key personnel experienced in project management, general supervision, estimating, purchasing, and safety.  New Dominion is a “Merit Shop” contractor.  Projects are staffed with a core group of our in-house experienced employees and supplemented with quality local hires when available. The field staff varies with the workload and during the peak construction season can exceed 100 employees.
